FAQ | Full Interior Design Service
The full design service is for larger projects or those who are time-poor and would like every part of their renovation project to be dealt with.
It includes on-site consultation and site survey, detailed documentation, furniture sourcing and procurement, construction management, and "turn-key" installation.

However, FOR REMOTE/ VIRTUAL DESIGN, we will require you to assist us in capturing your room measurements to allow us to model your room accurately (see “what is required from me?” question below to find out more about room measurements)
We follows a standardised design-build process, which makes the renovation process more enjoyable for our clients. Our 15 Step Project Management Strategy and related fees are divided into three distinct phases as described below:

And when selecting for us to support with our PHASE 3 Project Management stage, we will carry out all the sourcing, procurement, on site checks, trades management, deficiencies management and resolution and styling.
Our cost structure is simple and based on the type and sizing of your space, so we recommend to reach out to us to get a tailored quote.
As an indication, our fees start at £1,050 (incl. VAT) for standard rooms. For larger spaces such as bathrooms or large open spaces combining 2 rooms, our fees starts at £1,410 (incl. VAT).
Please note that these only cover design fees and do not include furniture costs.
Yes, we offer 5% for 4-6 rooms, 7.5% for 7-9 rooms and 10% for 10+ rooms.
The timeline for a Full Interior Design Service will vary greatly depending on:
PHASES 1 & 2 combined typically take between 6 and 14 weeks. But please note that this will depend on the scope and complextity of the work, feedback responsiveness and the number of changes / revisions requested.
End to End, full renovations can take from 6 months for a few simple rooms with no architectural changes up to 2 years to complete from start to finish.
Absolutely. The more information you bring to the table and share with us, the better. Our designer will work with you to incorporate your ideas into the design and make it work, or else, will let you know and explain why it might not be feasible to incorporate them (e.g. due to budget constraint or floor space and functionality/ergonomics, etc).
We do work with a selection of trades that we have come to love through the years to deliver your project successfully and seamlessly. If you are selecting to use our trades, please note that we will only provide you with our "A team" quotes to deliver the work.
You are, of course, welcome to request additional quotes or select other trades you might know. In that case, we will leave the hiring of your team up to you and will work closely with your contractors. However, we will not take any responsibility for delays due to your trades' avalability or deficiencies related to their prestations.
We will ask you to provide photos of your space, along with some information about your style & colour preferences, vision for your rooms, and key requirements. Any Pinterest or aesthetic reference pictures you have will also be a plus to guide us during the design stage.
FOR VIRTUAL/REMOTE DESIGN, we will also require you to provide us with measurements for your room to allow us to model your room and ensure our drawings are to scale. Our team will guide you through this stage as this can be easily achieved using an APP we have been using successfuly on several projects.
Clear and open communication to ensure that the final design is fully in line with your expectations, wishes and vision. After all, you are the one who will be living in the space!
Our clients’ satisfaction is our priority to ensure a seamless experience. Our team will be there to assist you/your contractor with any questions related to the documentation produced should any specific question arise up to 30 days post submission of the final design deliverables.
This is absolutely fine. We can discuss once the design complete to offer you furniture sourcing and procurement, and/or implementation support services to support you with any questions your trades might have during that phase.
We would also support with any changes required to the design if any unforeseen complications identified during the construction phase as part of our implementation support services.
