Pentley Park Residence

A full-home transformation for Jill and Soji in Welwyn Garden City, filled with colour, bespoke details and spaces designed around their lives.

Pentley Park sitting room with deep green velvet sofas, oak furniture and garden doors

The brief

A home shaped
around you.

We transformed this 1920s property into a colourful, modern family home, shaped around the way Jill and Soji live. Rich colour, bespoke joinery and thoughtful details give each room its own character, with a sense of connection throughout the house.

The design decisions

A whole-home perspective

The design considers the relationship between rooms, balancing a coherent overall character with spaces that feel individual and personal.

Colour with continuity

Hunter green living spaces, a soft peach bedroom and blush bathroom bring distinct moods to the home, connected by warm oak and brass details.

Space for everyday life

A fitted office provides room for two to work, while oak cabinetry on the landing adds generous storage between rooms.

Private retreats

A softly layered bedroom and bathroom with a double vanity, freestanding bath and warm lighting bring a quieter character to the home.
