The Sanctuary Suite

A private suite shaped as a complete experience: bedroom, dressing room and ensuite connected by warm materials and understated luxury.

Bedroom beneath a sloping ceiling with warm timber and softly layered bedding

The brief

Natural materials.
A calming space.

A tranquil bedroom, dressing room and ensuite, united by natural materials, with microcement and limewash paint bringing subtle texture and warmth throughout.

The design decisions

One material story

Warm timber, brushed brass and gentle plaster tones run through each space, creating continuity without making every room feel the same.

Light as part of the architecture

Integrated shelf, niche and mirror lighting adds depth to the sloping roofline and gives the suite a softer character after dark.

Storage that belongs

Bespoke wardrobes, dressing niches and recessed shower shelves provide generous storage without interrupting the flow of the rooms.
