The Tailored Heaven
Artur and Laura’s bespoke office and loft bedroom, with fitted cabinetry, warm lighting and space to work and unwind.
The brief
A place to work.
A space to unwind.
We created an office and loft bedroom for Artur and Laura, with space to work, display their books and records, and unwind. Bespoke cabinetry makes the most of both rooms, from the fitted office shelving downstairs to the bedroom beneath the eaves.
The design decisions
An office with character
Bespoke shelving makes space for books, records and objects with meaning.
Integrated illumination
Warm lighting gives the shelves depth and highlights the grain of the joinery.
A place to work
A carefully fitted desk nook sits naturally within the room’s furniture and storage.
A tailored loft retreat
Upstairs, the loft becomes a calm bedroom and workspace beneath the eaves, carrying the same joinery and softly layered lighting.
